Every morning I publish my digital transformation mindcandy focusing on AI, ERP, coding, data, etc. But there’s a parallel shift we underestimate: AR, VR, mixed reality and digital twins are becoming core to every business model.This is the experience economy on steroids – for customers and for employees. Sales, training, operations, maintenance, design, R&D, even leadership meetings are moving into immersive environments. The question is no longer if but how fast and how deliberately.
